2.  Skate City is offering a Summer Club Card for this summer.  Corwin students can buy a card for only $5 each and skate all summer for $2.00 per public matinee session.  Skate Rental is an extra $2.00.  Please pick up a flyer across from the office and take the flyer and money to Skate City by May 31st.

3.  CIMS PTO is excited to announce that our families have earned $644.00 from Box Tops this year.  This is a great way to raise money for our school.  Please remember to send in your Box Tops this week for the last drawing of the school year.  Remember to collect your Box Tops this summer!

4.  There will be an informational meeting on Thursday, May 25th, at 3:15 p.m. in the auditorium with coaches Brian Mata and Kevin Ortiz. It is for any 6th and 7th graders interested in playing football next season.

5.  Madison Tatinski is holding the 3rd Annual Shoe Drive to benefit children in need during the month of May.  Clean out your closets and bring your new or gently used shoes of all sizes to the collection boxes by the office and media center.  Thank you for helping Madison's Mission one pair at a time!

6.  Save the Date!  Please join us on Thursday, June 1st, as our 5th graders present Exhibition at Corwin International.  The students have been exploring the idea of The Power of One.  By proposing solutions to problems, students will demonstrate how they can make a positive impact on their community.   The classrooms of Mr. Hutchins and Mr. Noble will present from 8:30 to 9:15 AM.  The classrooms of Mrs. Sweckard and Mrs. Galli will present from 9:25 to 10:10 AM.

7.  Our lost and found is full of items.  Students, please come and a take a look at the lost and found tables to see if you can find any of your missing items.  Any items not picked up by Wednesday, May 24th, will be donated.

8.  There will be an extremely important 8th grade parent meeting on Wednesday, May 24th, from 6:00pm-7:00pm in the CIMS auditorium.  The meeting will discuss the new Graduation Guidelines and how they will affect your 8th grade student.  Please plan to attend.
